Anna Hazare Will Now be Included in CBSE School Syllabus
A book written by Dhiren M Joshi released by a private publication states that Anna is a social activist in India recognized for his Indian anti-corruption movement in 2011. A fill in the blanks exercise is given based on Anna’s life and his campaign after the introduction of Anna Hazare.
A chapter on main features of the janlok pal bill has also been included where janlok pal bill has been defined as an establishment known as lokpal in states as lokayuktas and at the Center will be set up. These will be autonomous bodies and no government official or minister will have the right to intervene with the investigation against corruption cases.
However the board clarified that it has not prescribed any such book. An official revealed that the National Council for Educational Research and Training and CBSE board define syllabus, suggest books but cannot direct terms to the schools.
