A-employee type -choose others
B-Date of Birth-click small coloured box placed after DOB blank space.
C-date of Joining -fill it in the same manner (1/1/2000)not 1-1-2000
D-Salary Account Number
E-security code -mentioned just in front of option
D-click on submit.
After this enter Email to getUr User id n password .Ur Id n password will be sent on your Number soon
